Beth Ostrem
VP Consulting

Beth has spent over 25 years in a range of HR roles across a variety of industries and has spent the last ten years focused on addressing the HR challenges and opportunities of cooperatives. Beth has a Master’s Degree in HR and is a Certified Compensation Professional and a Certified Strategic Workforce Planner. She enjoys facilitating interactive training sessions across a range of HR topics and seeing participants’ knowledge and confidence grow. Beth enjoys gardening, traveling and evenings on her wine deck with friends and family.

Amy Ryan
Principal Consultant

Amy has spent her 25-year career helping financial and ag-related organizations to engage, develop, and reward employees. With a Master’s Degree in HR and Certified Compensation Professional designation under her belt, Amy likes to partner with others to tackle tough human resource challenges, and often interjects humor in her approach through training, feedback, and consultation. A true Minnesotan, Amy enjoys the great outdoors (except snow in March), cheering on the Vikings, and spending time with her family.

Claire Brandenburg
Senior Consultant

Claire has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. She develops affirmative action plans, writes and evaluates job descriptions, analyzes market compensation data and manages compensation survey data. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Claire was born and raised in western Wisconsin and currently resides there with her husband and three children. She enjoys being active, spending time with her family and going on adventures in their side-by-side. She is also a two-time winner of the Farm Credit Foundations Pie eating contest.

Heather Binger
Principal Consultant

Heather has over 20 years of experience reviewing HR policies and programs and providing HR best practice information and recommendations to cooperatives across the United States. With a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and an ability to listen to customer needs, she helps find solutions to HR problems. Besides serving as an Uber driver for her children, Heather enjoys planning trips for the family, gardening, and hiking in her free time.

Adrienne Hard
Senior Consultant

Adrienne has 10 years of experience in the HR field, including compensation, performance management, HR operations, and recruiting. She enjoys partnering with leaders to identify compensation and HR solutions to meet their unique needs. Adrienne has a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN and holds a SHRM-SCP credential. In her free time, Adrienne enjoys spending time with her family, taking care of her three dogs and pigs, gardening, snowmobiling, and boating on the lake. 

Tina Ratsamy
Reporting & Data Analyst

Tina brings her experience analyzing data in financial institutions to Farm Credit. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Minnesota and enjoys analyzing data to determine trends. She leads administration of the Farm Credit Compensation Survey, HR metrics and analytics reporting and ensures integrity of Foundations Consulting’s data. Tina spends most of her free time reading, playing with her corgi (named Potato) and cooking delicious meals for her friends and family.
